Responsible to maintain and perform Back-End Operations of merchant business and provide a report to management on a regular basis.
- Effectively manage the merchant onboarding process
- Monitor to reduce the merchant onboarding return ratio
- Initiate deferral document approval for high-value merchant category
- Maintain the collection database on deferral document
- Process merchant complaints and conciliate disputes that meet the dispute processing procedures
- Resolve complaints accurately and in a timely manner
4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in any reputed financial company or commercial bank
- According to company policy.
